Started work on the playhouse for the kids today. Sank 4 4×4 PT posts 7.5′ apart (square) in concrete (18″ or more) and hung 2×6 joists between them. It’s super solid and the concrete hasn’t even set yet. It’s looking more and more like it’ll be more of a project than I thought. Maybe they don’t need a playhouse. Maybe I do.
(Edit: The next day I hung 2×4 joists and laid plywood (3/4″ glued and screwed) decking.)
Also ordered an 8×10 greenhouse (green Europa Manor Consort, indeed) for the driveway. There’s a big space out there that’s nice and sunny and we never use it. Pictures when it arrives.
