Now, I ain’t got no fancy book learnin’, but I’m going to go out on a LIMB (HAH!) and predict that our raspberry crop was IMPACTED last night by the wind. Hey OH! Oh, yeah, I’m going to need to BRANCH out to other fruits! We’re just lucky that we weren’t STANDING HERE or it would have CRUSHED OUR SKULLS! Hah! I love puns!
It missed my new Northern Spy and Bosc pear saplings by a couple of feet either way. The creepy part was when I got home from the gym, looked at my house and saw that the top of my tree was gone. Hmm… wonder where THAT went.
What’s left of that tree is the most pathetic thing you’ve ever seen. I think it’s time I admit defeat and euthanize the poor thing. Oh well, at least I get to have the tree ninjas come back.
