How about that for a change of pace? OK, I admit it. I’ve been gone a while. I have received, what I guess you couldn’t really describe as ‘hate mail’ but neither was it ‘fan mail’, messages to the effect that I suck for disappearing. I apologize. However, it has been an interesting month… I’ve dragged this [...] Probably not. My neighbor just informed me (after I made the mistake of telling him that I was going to keep honey bees) that he has “really bad anti-falactic shock to bee stings.” I can only assume that he was asserting that he would go into anaphylactic shock if he were to be stung by one [...] I just got an email from my very nice neighbor trying to raise support for Earth Hour. Again, my blog, I get to be super-duper cynical on it. I hate this kind of thing. Earth Hour is supposed to be “a statement of concern about our planet and climate change.” So, we all turn our lights out [...] I’ll admit that I was a little late ordering my Christmas presents. A) I’m not a Christian, and B) The whole “consumer’s Christmas” schtick is a little nauseating.
